I confirm that I have received, reviewed, and fully understand the couple’s itinerary and editing checklist. I will ensure that all specified clips, formalities, and deliverables are captured and prioritized

Required Equipment The Engagement Shoot

Requirements for Equipment on the Wedding Day I confirm that I have all required equipment, including: A phone capable of recording 1080p at 60 FPS A gimbal or stabilizer At least two fully charged external battery packs At least 20–30 GB of available storage

Content Creation Standards

I understand that I must capture: I will capture at least 100 photos/videos per hour. Photos must include a mix of horizontal and vertical orientations. Videos must be captured exclusively in vertical format. Failure to meet the 100 photos/videos per hour requirement will result in a reduction of pay. I will capture all requested clips listed at the bottom of the couple’s itinerary and ensure they are edited according to the couple’s preferences. Failure to capture or create the requested clips will result in a reduction of pay. I will deliver high-quality, cinematic footage that aligns with the BB Photo & Associates guidelines

Raw Files Submission Deadline

I will upload all RAW photos, videos, and edited clips to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with [email protected] within 24 hours after the wedding.

I will complete the post-wedding checklist at proweddings.com/ccchecklist within 24 hours after the wedding.
